How My One-on-One Coaching Works

Intro call

A short, free intro call to understand the problems you are dealing with and to see if I will be able to help you reach your goals.

Onboarding process

At the start of our collaboration, I’ll gather essential information to tailor your plan:

  • A detailed "All About You" questionnaire (covering your medical history, daily habits, and more)

  • Analysis of your blood test results

  • A 10-day food diary, including photos and notes, alongside biofeedback to track changes in glucose levels

  • Assessment of your carbohydrate metabolism (insulin resistance evaluation)

Process

Based on the data gathered, here’s what you can expect to receive:

  • Analysis & Explanation of current and potential health risks

  • Personalized Recommendations to address any imbalances in vitamins, minerals, and other blood test results

  • Individualized Supplement Plan (evidence-based recommendations, sourced from Examine+)

  • Goal Setting & Action Plan, focusing on four key areas: eating habits, sleep, movement, and stress management

 

Eating habits

  • Gradual, sustainable changes to eating habits (no starving!) using a biofeedback system

  • A custom "Insulin-Smart-Eating" Recipe Book, created by me

  • Smart snack ideas and energy-boosting alternatives

Sleep

  • Tips for maintaining sleep hygiene

  • Simple, effective habits for better sleep quality

  • Analysis of sleep data from your smart device (Oura, Whoop, Garmin, etc.), if available

Movement

  • Introduction to smarter movement strategies or optimization of your existing routine

Stress management

  • Identifying stressors, learning emotion regulation techniques, and applying new stress management strategies

Format

Private online sessions via Google Meet, with a link sent to you prior to the scheduled date.

Duration

The collaboration lasts 4-5 months, with a total of 5 calls. Each call is 45-60 minutes long. Additional communication will be through email and SMS.

Price

The fee is 599 dollars

(installment options available).

Additional costs - CGMs, blood work and recommended supplements.
