Dr. Lelde Klemente is a board-certified neurologist and pediatric neurologist with a strong interest in improving metabolic health and quality of life.

I help people who are dealing with fatigue, brain fog, sleep issues, and headache rebuild the foundation of their health through a data-driven, practical approach: habits + lab results + metabolic assessment - with a clear, actionable plan for everyday life.

I want to say a big, heartfelt thank you to Lelde! During our work together, I got to know myself better and gained a very clear vision of which daily habits I need to build. Blood glucose is a very topical subject right now, especially with the recent Latvian translation of a book on the topic. It’s not comparable. And Lelde’s perspective goes far beyond nutrition—it’s truly holistic.
