At the start of our collaboration, I’ll gather essential information to tailor your plan:

A 10-day food diary, including photos and notes, alongside biofeedback to track changes in glucose levels

DURATION
The collaboration lasts 4-5 months, with a total of 5 calls. Each call is 45-60 minutes long. Additional communication will be through email and SMS.
PRICE
The cost is 1000 dollars or 850 euros.
