Application and payment
A request is formulated and submitted with a detailed description of the situation, and payment is made.
Preparing for the consultation
You will receive a questionnaire by e-mail, it is advisable to fill it out before the consultation, as well as a list of blood tests to be performed. You will prepare 1 glucose sensor data and detailed notes or photos of your current diet. When the tests are ready, a consultation is scheduled.
Online meeting
We will meet on the agreed date on the online platform Google Meet.
